plans for summer holidays!

ok i know its abit early but i'm already planning for my summer holidays during june! hehehe

for now i have just 2 options. and i'm very excited about the second option!

first option is of course, staying at home for 3months, studying, catching up on first years stuff and also preparing for second year stuff. if i were to do something other than studying then its to find a part time job nearby.

however i came up with a second option which i'm not very sure if my parents will allow me too. but i would really love to go if i have the chance!!
i want to do some volunteering vacation, for organizations like Wild Asia. i'm looking for more of such organization to see if which one i like most. but yea that's the general idea. what do you think?
of course i understand i might have to stay in jungles and do dirty stuff but i think i will love it! and it does sound fun and have a good cause. except it just won't help me academically which to my parents is a big no-no. but i will have plenty of time to do my studying when the school reopens right? i mean that's the whole point of being in school after all.
